  • The buyer is an individual who purchases services (volleyball broadcasts) on the JSPORT TV platform.

  • The service provides access to online broadcasts of sports events presented on the Platform.

3. General Provisions

  • 3.1. By placing an order, the user confirms their agreement to the Offer terms.
  • 3.2. The website administration has the right to make changes to the Offer. The changes come into force 10 days after publication on the website.
  • 3.3. The Seller undertakes to provide reliable information about the content of broadcasts and subscription terms.

4. Services and payment

  • 4.1. The cost of each service (broadcast, subscription) is indicated on the website.
  • 4.2. Payment is made in the national currency - Uzbek sum
  • 4.3. After payment confirmation, broadcast access is activated automatically or within the timeframe specified on the website.
  • 4.4. The Services are not subject to return, except in cases where the broadcast was canceled due to the Seller's fault.

9. Warranty and return

  • 9.1. Refunds are only possible if the broadcast is canceled due to the Seller's fault.
  • 9.2. Claims regarding the quality of the broadcast are accepted only if there are technical failures on the Seller's side.

10. Force majeure

  • The parties are released from liability in the event of force majeure circumstances, such as natural disasters, technical failures, legal restrictions.

11. Responsibility of the parties

  • Violation of the terms of the contract entails liability in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

12. Final provisions

  • 12.1. All disputes and claims are resolved in pre-trial settlement procedures by sending an appeal to the Seller's email address. If it is impossible to reach an agreement, the dispute shall be considered in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
  • 12.2. By accepting the offer, the User expresses consent to the processing of personal data in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
